Job description: We are looking for an Apprentice PCD to the Logistics area who has interest in developing knowledge and skills in logistics and administrative processes. The apprentice will support operational and administrative routines of the department, contributing to the organization and efficiency of internal processes. Activities include supporting inventory control and monitoring, updating information in systems and spreadsheets, organizing physical and digital documents, supporting material dispatch processes, and verifying logistical documents. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to develop professional skills through team supervision and activities planned in the learning program. Key responsibilities: Support administrative and operational activities of the Logistics area; Help control and monitor inventory, materials, and products; Record and update information in systems, spreadsheets, and internal controls; Organize and archive physical and digital documents; Support material dispatch processes; Assist in verifying invoices, service orders, requests, and other logistical documents; Provide support for communication between involved areas in the logistics process; Participate in inventories and stock counts when requested; Contribute to organizing and maintaining a clean working environment; Participate in training and development activities planned in the learning program. Requirements: High school degree completed or currently enrolled; Availability for on-site work in Taboão da Serra/SP; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Organization, attention to detail, and responsibility; Good communication skills and ability to work well with others; Interest in learning and developing professionally in the Logistics area.
