Questions people ask before signing up

Do I have to pay to try it?: No. The free plan takes real candidates and gives you five AI screenings, with no card and no expiry date. When they run out nothing is deleted, you simply cannot run more until you move up.
Where do the CVs go?: To our own servers in the European Union. They are encrypted at rest, never used to train any model, and deleted automatically at the end of your plan's retention period.
Is this legal under the AI Act and the GDPR?: Yes, as long as nobody is rejected by the machine alone. That is why every score carries its reasoning, every AI decision is logged, and a person stays in the loop. You act as the deployer, and the terms spell out what that means.
What if the AI gets a candidate wrong?: You see the reasoning, so you can tell. A score is a ranking, not a verdict, and you can override any of them. An HR specialist reviews the shortlist before you act on it.
Can I cancel?: There is no contract and no lock-in. Export your shortlists and your audit log whenever you want, and delete the account when you are done.
