1. Who we are
Parthumanally ("we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data described below. You can reach us at info@parthumanally.com for any privacy question or request.
2. What we collect
When you leave your email to access the demo or request early access, we store your email address and, if provided, your company name. We do not collect payment details, IDs, or any special category of data through this form.
3. Why we process it
To reply to your request, let you access the demo environment (which only contains fictional data), and contact you when the product opens for real access. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given when you submit the form.
4. Who else sees it
We use Resend to deliver emails on our behalf, acting as a data processor. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else. If you access the demo, your session runs inside our own application; the demo account contains only fictional seed data, never real candidate or company data.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your email until we either contact you about access opening or you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first, at most 24 months of inactivity.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or object to / restrict how we use it. Write to info@parthumanally.com and we'll act on it. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
